Can I change or cancel my order?

If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please send an email to cs@bowlersdeals.com. A customer service representative will be able to help you with your cancellation options. We can't make changes to an order once it has been placed.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, gift cards and most major credit cards. We accept prepaid credit cards if the card has a billing address attached to it. We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Yes, your credit card will be charged as soon as you have successfully completed your order and it has been processed. Please note: Your debit or credit card charge will be listed as "BowlersDeals.com" or "Bowlers Junction" on your statement.

What currency is the site in?

All dollar amounts on the BowlersDeals.com US/Int'l website are presented in US currency. Additionally, your bank may charge you an additional international transaction fee for these orders if you are ordering with non-US issued creditd cards. For more information, please check with the bank that issued your credit card.

Can anyone help me with paying for my order on the website?

Because we value your security, our stores are only able to process credit cards and gift cards in face to face transactions and do not accept those methods of payment over the phone.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping is FREE for delivery addresses in the continental 48 United States. There will be shipping charges and possibly handling fees everywhere else. Economy shipping (up to 8 business days) within the lower 48 states is FREE! We also provide Expedited (2-3) days shipping (there is an additional fee for Expedited Shipping). We also offer other shipping methods such as next day air. We use USPS, UPS and Fedex as our shipper.

What about international shipping?

We ship worldwide from our US distribution centers. For these countries, a $20 USD handling fee will be applied (this does not include shippingrate,  international taxes or duties).

We also suggest our overseas customers to setup a US address with Shipito.com, they are a freight forwarder service. We can ship to them free and they will forward the items to you. Shipito.com may charge an additional fee for their service, please check with them for more information.

What about international taxes and duties?

We are not able to supply an estimated cost because duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is placed on www.BowlersDeals.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. Can I ship to P.O. boxes overseas?

No. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.

Can I ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We support our troops!!!


TRACKING ORDERS

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within the next business day of your order being submitted. For third party shipment it will take 3-5 business days to process and ship. For made to order items, it will take 3-4 weeks before we can have them shipped.

I paid for expedited shipping, why my order still not being shipped?

Choosing faster shipping methods will not speed up the handling process on third party shipment and made to order items.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link so that you can track your order.

Where's my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time using the track your order page, the order ID number on your order confirmation email, and your email address.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Wwhat is your return and exchange policy?

Returns

We offer a thirty (30) days return policy starting from the date the product was delivered. However, the product must still be brand new in the original package and unused to be accepted as a return. Purchaser will also need to pay a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee plus original shipping cost and insurance fees to return the product to the warehouse.

Items must be shipped in proper shipping materials, such as an outer box. We will not accept any items with packing tapes or shipping label on original packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within a thirty (30) days time period starting from the date the product was delivered. This policy applies to products that are NOT defective in any way but you simply want to exchange it for something else. In this case, customers will need to pay all shipping cost and insurance fees needed to ship the product back to the warehouse.  A fifteen percent 15% restocking fee will apply along with shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you. Returned products must be brand new in the original package and unused to be accepted as an exchange. Any price differences will be credited or charged accordingly.

Received the Wrong Item

If for some reason you receive the wrong item you will need to contact us immediately. Send an email (cs@bowlersdeals.com) to us explaining the problem.  Always use the order number for the product when contacting us for faster service.

Received Damaged Items

In the event you received damaged items that need to be returned there are a few simple steps that you should follow. Send an email (cs@bowlersdeals.com) with a brief description explaining the damage.  Include your order number, telephone number and a time when you can be reached.  Attach pictures of the damaged item and any damage that was done to the packaging during delivery.

When will my purchase be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.(If you paid with a prepaid credit card and no longer have the card, contact us by email (cs@bowlersdeals.com). Otherwise, the balance will be put back into your account as a store credit.)

Are there any items that can't be returned?

Yes.  closeouts items are not returnable.
