Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, BowlersDeals.com offers free shipping on all domestic(lower 48 states) orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. BowlersDeals.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days, with the exception on some apparel and custom designed balls which requires longer lead time.

Return Policy

The return policy is designed to ensure all customers receive the best service possible. It covers a variety of scenarios such as returns, exchanges and defective or damaged products. Below are the different return policies that we offer and what each of them covers.

Returns

We offer a thirty day return policy starting from the date the product was delivered. However, the product must still be in the original package and unused to be accepted as a return. Purchaser will also need to pay a fifteen percent restocking fee plus shipping cost and insurance fees to return the product to the warehouse.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within a thirty day time period starting from the date the product was delivered. This policy applies to products that are NOT defective in any way but you simply want to exchange it for something else. In this case, customers will need to pay all shipping cost and insurance fees needed to ship the product back to the warehouse.  A fifteen percent restocking fee will apply along with shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you. Returned products must be in the original package and unused to be accepted as an exchange. Any price differences will be credited or charged accordingly.

Received the Wrong Item

If for some reason you receive the wrong item you will need to contact us immediately.   Send an email to us explaining the problem.  Always use the order number for the product when contacting us for faster service.

Received Damaged Items

In the event you received damaged items that need to be returned there are a few simple steps that you should follow.  First, send an email with a brief description explaining the damage.  Include your order number, telephone number and a time when you can be reached.  Attach pictures of the damaged item and any damage that was done to the packaging during delivery.
