Return Policy

The return policy is designed to ensure all customers receive the best service possible. It covers a variety of scenarios such as returns, exchanges and defective or damaged products. Below are the different return policies that we offer and what each of them covers.

All return and exchange MUST obtain a RMA number before sending the items back. No return and exchange will be processed without a RMA number.


We offer a thirty (30) days return policy starting from the date the product was delivered. However, the product must still be in the original package and unused to be accepted as a return. Purchaser will also need to pay a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee plus original shipping cost and insurance fees to return the product to the warehouse.

Return items must be shipped in proper packaging. Bowling ball box must be inside a shipper box. We will not accept any item for return without proper packaging.


Exchanges can be made within a thirty (30) days time period starting from the date the product was delivered. This policy applies to products that are NOT defective in any way but you simply want to exchange it for something else. In this case, customers will need to pay all shipping cost and insurance fees needed to ship the product back to the warehouse.  A fifteen percent (15%) re-stocking fee will apply along with shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you. Returned items must be in the original package and unused to be accepted as an exchange. Any price differences will be credited or charged accordingly.

Received the Wrong Item

If for some reason you receive the wrong item you will need to contact us immediately.   Send an email to us explaining the problem.  Always use the order number for the product when contacting us for faster service.

Received Damaged Items

In the event you received damaged items that need to be returned there are a few simple steps that you should follow.  First, send an email with a brief description explaining the damage.  Include your order number, telephone number and a time when you can be reached.  Attach pictures of the damaged item and any damage that was done to the packaging during delivery.
